The short version

VibeMart is a parody. Nothing here is real: products are imaginary, nothing ships, no money is ever charged, and VibeCoins have no cash value. Have fun, keep it fictional, and do not treat anything on VibeMart as a real purchase or financial product.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using VibeMart you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. VibeMart is a simulation

  • All products, brands, prices, reviews, drops and deliveries on VibeMart are fictional and for entertainment.
  • Nothing you 'buy' or 'order' will ever ship. No physical or digital goods are provided.
  • No real money is ever charged, requested or collected by VibeMart. Do not attempt to send payment.

3. VibeCoins and virtual items

  • VibeCoins, badges, streaks, collectibles and similar items are virtual, have no monetary value, and are not redeemable for cash or any real-world currency.
  • Some virtual items (for example, bonus coins) may expire, and rewards, prices and mechanics can change at any time.
  • Virtual items are a limited licence to use within VibeMart, not property, and may be adjusted or removed.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to consent to online services in your country to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may use email, mobile OTP, or a supported social login.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use VibeMart for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or harm others.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass its limits.
  • Do not submit content impersonating real brands, products or people. Parody names are the house style; real trademarks and real individuals are not.
  • Do not treat VibeMart as a real store or financial service, or use it to solicit real payments.

6. Your content

Features such as the Wish Genie, Dream Lab, reviews and community drops let you submit content. You confirm your submissions are fictional, original, and infringe no one's rights. You grant VibeMart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, host and promote your submissions within the service. We may review, moderate or remove content at our discretion.

7. Rewards, offers and third-party links

  • Coupons, 'real product' links and similar features may take you to third-party websites. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and any real transaction happens there, not on VibeMart.
  • Some outbound links may be affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. We label sponsored and affiliate placements.
  • We are not responsible for third-party sites, offers, codes, or the goods or services they provide.

8. For brands (Demand Lab)

If you use the brand portal, you may submit product concepts for testing. You are responsible for your rights in what you submit. You receive only aggregate, anonymized demand signal, and you must not attempt to re-identify individuals. Any commercial arrangement is subject to a separate agreement.

9. Intellectual property

VibeMart, its design, code, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding except as needed to use the service normally.

10. Disclaimers

VibeMart is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any fictional information is accurate. Nothing on VibeMart is financial, shopping, or investment advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeMart and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Since the service is free and no money changes hands, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using VibeMart at any time and clear your on-device data from your browser.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
